From Product Concept to Manufacturing.

OEM and ODM product development for businesses that want products customized for their brand or their market.

Two ways to work with us

The right model depends on whether you already have a product design.

OEM

Original Equipment Manufacturing

Products manufactured to your design, specifications or requirements, within the agreed project scope.

Suited to companies that already have a product definition.

ODM

Original Design Manufacturing

Products developed or adapted from existing designs and development capabilities, then customized for your brand. Customization options and intellectual property arrangements are agreed for each project.

Suited to companies that want to start from an existing product.

Project workflow

Seven stages from first brief to shipment. Each project agreement sets out which stages apply and who carries them out.

  1. Initial brief and business requirements

Your product idea, target market, expected volumes and timeline.

  2. Product concept and feasibility assessment

A first assessment of whether the product can be made as intended, and what that would involve.

  3. Specifications and target cost

Materials, functions, finishes and the cost the product needs to reach.

  4. Prototyping and sample evaluation

Prototypes or samples are made and evaluated against the specifications.

  5. Engineering and design validation

The design is refined and confirmed before production is planned.

  6. Production planning and quality requirements

Production schedule, quality requirements and inspection criteria are agreed.

  7. Manufacturing and pre-shipment coordination

Production follow-up, pre-shipment checks and coordination of the export.

Depending on the product, some stages may be carried out by partner factories or specialist suppliers rather than in-house.

Agreed for each project

Every OEM/ODM project is different, so the commercial and technical terms are agreed individually before work starts.

  • Project scope
  • Tooling
  • Development costs
  • Minimum order quantities
  • Lead times
  • Technical feasibility
  • Intellectual property rights
